Meet the Team

Registered Dental Assistant Extended Function 2
I have been in the dental field for twenty-eight years. Sixteen of those years have been with Dr. Rinck. I hold an extended license in dentistry that allows me to place all restorations, permanently deliver appliances, complete root canals, and take all master impressions. I am passionate about dentistry and patient care.
My interests are golfing, skiing, motorcycle trips, and I enjoy family and friends.

Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a registered dental hygienist and graduated from UCSF. I had several friends who were hygienists and saw it as a good career.
Working as a RDH has allowed me to bring health education to several generations of families. As a RDH I have provided Dental Health Care to people who over many years have become more than just patients.
My co-workers are like family. We spend more time together than with our biological families and we have become very close. I enjoy taking a lot of continuing education courses. I like to see what is new and keep up with the times. I especially like to go to the annual scientific conference in San Francisco. It is always on the cutting edge of technology.
I grew up in Novato and graduated from San Marin high school in 1971. I have been married to my husband, Ron since 1980. I have two stepchildren and four grandkids.
My favorite color is green. My favorite song is "When You Say Nothing At All", sung by Allison Cross. My favorite book is "Modoc". My favorite vacation is anywhere in the wilderness with my horse or traveling out of the country. My hobbies are endurance horseback riding, gardening, and scuba diving.
I love working at Dr. Rinck's and the close family of my co-workers.

Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a registered dental hygienist and I graduated from Ohio State University.
I spent many years working in the financial district of San Francisco and finally decided I wanted to work in the county where I have lived for 45 years.
I've been with Dr. Rinck since March 2018. I love the caring approach Dr. Rinck has towards her patients whose age-range span between 2 - 100+. I love my co-workers wo have been a part of the office for many years.

Appointment Coordinator
I have been working in this dental practice for over twenty-five years. I have a lot of front office experience. I like to take good care of all of Dr. Rinck's patients. I work with a great team, and I think that's what makes this practice so special.
I was born and raised in this area. I have been married to my husband, John, for thirty years. We have three boys and three grandchildren. I also work at the YMCA as an aerobics instructor. I see some of our patients in my classes. It's a great feeling of community.
I love the San Francisco Giants. I love to garden, play my guitar, read, make jewelry. I have three Jack Russell Terriers, who I adore. I love the ocean and a full moon. Family is most important to me..
Live, Love, and Laugh.

Financial Coordinator
I have been in the dental field for almost 20 years, during which time I’ve gained so much valuable experience working in the front office, dealing with dental claims, and helping patients maximize their insurance benefits.
I grew up in a small town in Lassen County, but the only thing really notable about my hometown is the two prisons, lol. No, really, I grew up in an area full of outdoor activities so that’s what I love to do in my free time. I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my two cats, Champ and Safari – oh yeah, and my kids too! I really love supporting them in all of their endeavors.
At Dr. Rinck’s office, I find that each day brings different challenges, and different joys, always an adventure. And I love our team, each person is a clinical expert, and everyone cares so much for our patients, I think it’s in their DNA!

Office Manager
After 30 years working in the entertainment industry in L.A., I escaped to the bay to pursue a more “normal” life among the redwoods. Here, I discovered the wonderful world of dentistry and it’s been the most fulfilling work of my life and career.
I’m new to Dr. Rinck’s practice, but already I feel like this is my forever home. I’m a people person so I love meeting our patients and developing supportive relationships. And the team here is superlative, bar none, they have definitely earned their “Best of Marin” accolades!
I am fur-mom to four sassy guinea pigs (Punkin, Latte, Princess Grace, and Queen Beatrice) whom you may have seen featured in MHS calendars. I’m passionate about storytelling in film-tv-books, and music fills my soul - I’d love to hear about your favorite places for live music in the bay. Oh, and Warriors forever!
